Law firms looking at digital service providers that are offering low pricing absolutely need to be aware of what that translates to in the end. We’ve been in this industry for ten plus years now, and we’ve seen the devastating results that this sort of business model causes.

We’re sending this out create awareness because we’ve seen law firms get taken to the cleaners for vast sums of money and ultimately it leaves a bad taste in the mouths of law firms. The digital agencies that offer this type of pricing model hurt our industry. Let me explain why.

Digital Agencies Need To Invest Heavily To Offer A Sustainable Service

We’ve been in this industry for many years, and we’ve invested a couple hundred thousand dollars easily into our outreach program to provide only the best possible service for our client base. Cookie cutter basement pricing was reasonable about five to seven years ago. However, this is not possible anymore. the reason for this is the algorithms have changed so radically that people without an outreach program can only send spammy link to a website. All these spammy links will be penalized ultimately hurting the possibility for your website to rank correctly in Google.  

Certain Agencies Are Just Looking For Low-hanging Fruit

The agencies that have price points around $500 to $1,000 have not invested the necessary money into an outreach program and are just trying to ramp up front end capital before they move on and disappear. We’ve seen this occur in the industry time and time again and it’s frustrating.

This Is Why We Have A Cap On How Many Clients  We Will Work With

It’s also why we have a cap on how many clients we take on in our business. We do not spread our resources thin because we cannot afford to. Having a low-end price point on the front end is impossible in this industry to sustain. These people will leave the industry taking down many law firms as they go.
